Eliza Eccles I ordered two of these shirts in the same size. I only received one, so I immediately emailed to report a missing item. I did not get a reply within 5 business days (which is their policy to submit a claim) so I sent another email. No response. Then I asked my local KidStrong gym to contact them. No response. I’ve had to open a case with my bank to try to get my money back. I would avoid shopping online and only purchase merchandise in person.
